(20b^3+12b^2+28b+40)÷(4b+4)= (5b^3+3b^2+7b+10)/(b+1) 

(5b^3+3b^2+7b+10)/(b+1)   || d) would be correct..NOte: 4/(4b+4) = 1/(b+1)





            5b^2 + (-2b) +   9

 b + 1 | (5b^3 + 3b^2 + 7b  + 10 

         - (5b^3 + 5b^2)

         ---------------

                   -2b^2 +  7b

                  - (-2b^2 + (-2b))
