what is dividing pass multiplying
(b-2)(-4b-6) = (b+4)(-4b)
-4b^2 -6b +8b +12 = -4b^2 -16b
-4b^2 +4b^2 -6b +8b +16b +12 = 0
0b^2 +18b +12 = 0
18b = -12
b = -12/18
b = -2/3
