Question 607672: what are some similarities between rational, linear, and log equations?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Rational and log equations have vertical asymptotes.
Linear and log functions are monotonic functions (they either increase or decrease over the entire domain).
Some rational equations can reduce to linear equations.
It is possible to find the inverse of any rational, linear or logarithmic equation (note: provided that the rational equation is one-to-one).
