Okay, now with that information its a little bit easier:
(If I am understanding the information you gave me for the triangle properly). If you need the length of QR in cm, you are given that it is 13.2 km . We know that there are 1000 m in a km. So that means QR is 132000 m long. But we also know that there are 100 cm in a m so there are 13200000.00 cm for QR.
