You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve for C:
A(B)=1+C(D)
.
we could write it without the parentheses:
AB = 1+CD
then
subtracting 1 from both sides we get:
AB - 1 = CD
finally divide both sides by D to get:
(AB-1)/D = C
