The long side of one of the rectangles has to be 5 times
it's short side, so when they are placed side by side,
you get a square.
Let +s+ = the length of the short side of a rectangle
+5s+ = the length of the long side of a rectangle
The formula for perimeter, P is

+30+=+2s+%2B+10s+
+12s=+30+
+s+=+5%2F2+ cm

The perimeter of the square formed by the 5 rectangles is
