You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Gummy bears = x kilograms
Chocolate = (30 - x) kilograms

0.89*x + 1.1*(30- x) = 0.96*30
0.89x + 33 - 1.1x = 28.8
33 - 28.8 = -0.89x + 1.1x
4.2 = 0.21x
x = 4.2/0.21 = 420/21 = 20

so, we need 20 kilograms of gummy bears and 30-20 = 10 kilograms of chocolate
