I'm kinda slow with math.
I don't know what i can put in for y or x to make a point for a graph.

It's a straight line, so you need 2 points.
-4y=x-18
solve for x, since it won't involve any fractions.
x = 18 - 4y
Pick 2 values for y and find x
eg, y = 0 --> x = 18 --> point (18,0)
y = 2, x = 10 --> point (10,2)
Plot the points, draw a line thru them

Do a 3rd if you like. Or 4, or 10, doesn't matter.
