Hi Lyn,
solve: 4(x + 2) - 3x + x - 6
4(x)+4(2)-3x+x-6 Distributive Property
4x+8-3x+x-6
4x-3x+x+8-6 Commutative property of addition
(4-3+1)x+2
2x+2
Happy Calculating, Lyn!!!
