√x=x-12
condition : x-12 >0 , x>12
√x=x-12
x=(x-12)^2
x=x^2+144-24x
x^2-25x+144=0
x=9 but condition x >12 so 9 cannot be an answer
x= 16 , 16>12
so solution is s = 16
