You can put this solution on YOUR website! The first thing you always want to remember is the what you do to one side you need to do to the other.
-2=10b-3
Now, you need to get the variable by itself. The variable is the letter that you are using in the equation. Next, you need to do the opposite of the minus three which would be to add three. And remeber what you do to one side you do to the other.
-2=10b-3
+3 +3

1=10b
When you add a positive and a negative together, you always take the bggest one which in this case was the positive. So our answer is positive. The other two three on the right side cancel each other out. So now is where we need to divide the 10 from both sides in order to get the variable by itself.
1=10b

So now we have our answer of
