It's a circle because x² and y² have the same coefficient when they
are on the same side of the equation.

Divide through by 13

13%2Ax%5E2%2F13 + 13%2Ay%5E2%2F13 = 49%2F13

%28cross%2813%29x%5E2%29%2Fcross%2813%29 + cross%2813%29y%5E2%2Fcross%2813%29 = 49%2F13


x² + y² = 49%2F13  in the form x² + y² = r²

That's a circle with center at the origin and radius = sqrt%2849%2F13%29

That's a weird value for a radius.  It's like 1.941450687
