Invert the divisor and multiply

Cancel the (a-4)
= %28%28a%2B3%29%2F%28a%5E2-a%29%29+%2A+%28a%2B3%29%28a-1%29%2F2
Factor a^2-a
= %28a%2B3%29%2F%28a%2A%28a-1%29%29+%2A+%28a%2B3%29%28a-1%29%2F2
Cancel (a-1)
