(X+2)/(X-3)=(X-5)/X+3)
(X-3)(X-5)=(X+2)(X+3)
X^2-8X+15=X^2+5X+6
X^2-X^2-8X-5X=6-15
-13X=-9
X=9/13
PROOF
(9/13+2)/(9/13-3)=(9/13-5)/(9/13+3)
(35/13)/(-30/13)=(-56/13)/(48/13)
(-30/13)(-56/13)=(35/13)(48/13)
1680/13=1680/13
