You can put this solution on YOUR website! Did you copy this problem correctly? I think it should be
4x^2 -11xy + 6y^2
(4x - 3y)(x - 2y)
Notice that the first times first is 4x^2, the Last times Last is 6y^2, and the middle term is -8xy - 3xy, which is -11xy.
