You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
ln(x-2)-ln(x+3)=ln(x-1)-ln(x+7)
ln(x-2)/(x+3)=ln(x-1)/(x+7)
(x-2)/(x+3)=(x-1)/(x+7)
cross multiplying:
(x-2)(x+7)=(x-1)(x+3)
x^2+5x-14 = x^2+2x-3
5x-14 = 2x-3
3x-14 = -3
3x = 11
x = 11/3
