you don't seem to have enough information

for a simple example: one worked 4 hr and the other worked 5 hr, the payroll was 200
___ was it (4 * 25) + (5 * 20)
___ or (4 * 30) + (5 * 16)
___ or (4 * 10) + (5 * 32)

the point is, for two unknowns (the two pay rates); you need two separate equations
___ if you know any relationship between the rates (one made $6 more per hr, or one made 50% more per hr), that would do it
