You can put this solution on YOUR website! I need help breaking down and finding the equeation for x-intercept -3, y-intercept 5
-----------------
"breaking down" is not a math operation I'm familiar with.
--------------
you have 2 points, (-3,0) and (0,5)
Slope = diffy/diffx = 5/3 = m
--> y = (5/3)x + 5
---------------------
That's not "the" equation, it's an equation that fits.
5x - 3y = -15 is another.
