SOLUTION: Factor and check by multiplying
x^8 + 3x^7
just Factor:
81c^6 - 3d^6
Are these worked the same? I am so confused because it seems as though I have to know dozens of way

Log On
just Factor:
81c^6 - 3d^6
Are these worked the same? I am so confused because it seems as though I have to know dozens of ways to solve these problems and I do not know which problem is supposed to be solved in which way.
Does anyone know how to keep this straight in my brain so that I know which formula to use on what problem?????????????????
I believe this is one reason Algebra is so complicated and confusing for me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to live through these Algebra classes but they are like torture for me. Answer by richwmiller(17219) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! x^7*(x+3)
factor out the 3 of the second one
3*(27c^6-d^6)
This can also be factored but it much more complicated than you would believe.
