There are 4 equally likely suits in a standard deck of cards, so of the 520
times, 

about 1/4 of those times, or about 130 times, a heart will be chosen, and
about 1/4 of those times, or about 130 times, a diamond will be chosen, and
about 1/4 of those times, or about 130 times, a club will be chosen, and

indeed,

about 1/4 of those times, or about 130 times, a spade will be drawn, and

so 130 times is the best prediction we can make as the number of times out
of the 520 times that a spade will be chosen.
