You can put this solution on YOUR website!
We find the least common multiple of 6, 12, and 15.  The smallest positive
integer of which all those are factors is 60.  Therefore they will all ring
together again 60 mintes later at 12:00 noon.

The 6 minute bell will ring at 

11:00, 11:06, 11:12, 11:18, 11:24, 11:30, 11:36, 11:42, 11:48, 11:54, and 12:00 noon.

The 12 minute bell will ring at 

11:00, 11:12, 11:24, 11:36, 11:48, and 12:00 noon. 

The 15 minute bell will ring at 

11:00, 11:15, 11:45, and 12:00 noon.

Comment:
Not much learning is going to take place in that school with all those bells ringing :)
