Let each exterior angle be "x":
Then each interior angle is "x+120":

Equation:
x + x+120 = 180
2x = 60
x = 30 degrees

Fact: The sum of all of the exterior angles is 360.

# of ext. angles is 360/30 = 12

Therefore # of sides is 12
