I = (180(n-2))/n

156 = (180(n-2))/n

156n = 180(n-2)

156n = 180n-360

156n - 180n = -360

-24n = -360

n = -360/(-24)

n = 15


So the solution is n = 15, which means that there are 15 sides.

So this is a 15-gon, which is known as a pendedecagon.
