153x=14-320 Subtract 320 from both sides.


153x=-306 Combine like terms on the right side.


x=%28-306%29%2F%28153%29 Divide both sides by 153 to isolate x.


x=-2 Reduce.


Now that you have x = -2, use it in y+=+20%2B9x to get

y+=+20%2B9x


y+=+20%2B9%28-2%29


y+=+20-18


y+=+2
