Percent Increase = [(New - Old)/(Old)]*100

Percent Increase = [(492-468)/468]*100

Percent Increase = [24/468]*100

Percent Increase = [0.05128]*100

Percent Increase = 5.128%


So it rose roughly 5.128%.
