well this is pretty simple
a is a positive number and b is a negative number
Examples:
a=1 b=-1
1-%28-1%29%3E1%2B%28-1%29
2%3E0
a=1 b=-1000
1-%28-1000%29%3E1%2B%28-1000%29
1001%3E-999
a=2000 b=-2
2000-%28-2%29%3E2000%2B%28-2%29
2002%3E1998
so you can see as long as a is possitive and b is negative it doesnt matter what number value they are
