From the work shown above, we see that the quotient is 2t%2B2 and the remainder is 1

So %284t%5E2%2B2t-1%29%2F%282t-1%29 equals 2t%2B2 remainder 1

Put another way, %284t%5E2%2B2t-1%29%2F%282t-1%29=2t%2B2%2B1%2F%282t-1%29
