8g-9=94-6f-4f-7g
8g-9=94-10f-7g
8g=94+9-10f-7g
8g=103-10f-7g
8g+7g=103-10f
15g=103-10f
g=103-10f/15
I just got lost. Am I am even close?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! The perimeter of a trapezoid is 94cm. The sides are 6f, 8g-9, 4f, and 7g, where g is twice f. Find the lengths of each side.

6f+8g-9+4f+7g=94
10f+15g=103
Sing g=2f you can substitute 2f in place of g, as follows:
6f+15(2f)=103
36f=103
f=2.861
Substitute in g=2f to find g
g=2(2.861)=5.722
