You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Write the equation in the slope-intercept form.
7x + 4y - 16 = 0

          4y = -7x + 16

          4%2F4y = %28-7%29%2F4 + 16%2F4

           y = -7%2F4x + 4

Find the slope of the corresponding line.
Find the y-intercept of the corresponding line.
Compare to y = mx + b

               m = slope = -7%2F4
               b = 4, y-intercept = (0,b) = (0,4)

               (x, y) = (0, 4)
