You can put this solution on YOUR website!
50 bananas=20 coconuts;30 coconuts=12 fish;100 fish=1 hammock.How many bananas = 1 hammock
to solve this equation simply work the terms backwords to find the amount of bananas,
since 1 hammock is 100 fish, and 12 fish is 30 coconuts, divide 100 by 12 and multiply that number by 30
100/12=8.33x30=250 coconuts
because you get 50 bananas for 20 coconuts divide the coconuts by 20 and multiply by 50 to get your number of bananas
250/20=12.5x50=625 bananas
you need 625 bananas to get one hammock
