Question 581462: Find the distance between the points (-4, 6) and (8, -12).Round your solution to 2 decimal points.
I know how to do the DISTANCE FORMULA, but i do not know what it means when it says round your solution to 2 decimal points. I got the answer [d= sqrt of 180 = 13.45]
But i got 180.9025.
Help please and thank you.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the distance between the points (-4, 6) and (8, -12).Round your solution to 2 decimal points.
----------
d+=+sqrt%28diffy%5E2+%2B+diffx%5E2%29+=+sqrt%2818%5E2+%2B+12%5E2%29+=+sqrt%28468%29
d =~ 21.633077
--> d = 21.63
