log base 3(X+1)=4

x+1 = 3^4 = 81
x = 80
-----------------------
e^x=5
Take the natural log of both sides to get:
x = ln(5) = 1.6094
-----------------------
expand:
log base b(2x^2y^3)
----
= logb(2) + logb(x^2) + logb(y^3)
----
= logb(2) + 2logb(x) = 3logb(y)
