Factor:
(n^2-10)(3n^2-3)

= (n-sqrt(10))(n+sqrt(10))(3(n^2-1))

= (n-sqrt(10))(n+sqrt(10))(3(n^2-1))
----
= (n-sqrt(10))(n+sqrt(10))(3(n-1)(n+1)
----
Rearrange any way you wish.
