: Can someone help me out on this?
I have a graph where x-axis and y-axis meet. Three rows above I a a boundary line for the linear inequality. I need to determine the correct half-plane and complete the graph. y > 3
Could someone help me do the graph since I have a problem with graphs
thanks, Lisa

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi Lisa,
I can't graph inequalities, but I can talk you through it. This is the graph of y=3:
graph%28300%2C200%2C-10%2C10%2C-10%2C10%2C3%29
SHADE UP ^ ABOVE THE LINE Y=3 That is the correct half plane for the solution of: y>3.
:
The graph of: y > 3 would be a dashed line instead of a solid line. It would be shaded above the line because y is greater than 3.
Hope that's enough.
Happy Calculating!!!
