first things first...-1 to power 5 is -1*-1*-1*-1*-1 which is -1.
y^5/y^3...division, so subtract powers --> y^2
m^8/m^(-7)...division, so subtract powers --> 8-(-7) -> 8+7 --> 15

so, answer is -y%5E2m%5E15
