You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The volume of a cube is given by V=s%5E3, where "s" is the length of a side. Find the length of a side of a cube if the Volume is 1000 cm cubed.
V=1000cm%5E3 plug that into your formula and you have:
1000cm%5E3=s%5E3
3rt%281000cm%5E3%29=3rt%28s%5E3%29
3rt%2810cm%2A10cm%2A10cm%29=3rt%28s%5E3%29
3rt%28%2810cm%29%5E3%29=3rt%28s%5E3%29
highlight%2810cm=s%29
3rt means third root.
Happy Calculating!!!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
V=s^3
1000=s^3 [Plug-in the values]
cubed root(1000)=cubed root (s^3) [Find the third (cubed) root of each side]
10=s
.
checking
1000=10^3
1000=1000
