You can put this solution on YOUR website! Ask yourself 2 questions:
(1) Where on the graph does every point have an x coordinate < -2 ?
The answer is every point to the left of x = -2 namely points like
(-3, -7), (-1000, +3), (-2.1, 0)
(2) What LINE divides the graph into 2 regions, x => -2 and x < -2 ?
That line is the vertical line x = -2
The answer is every point to the left of this line, but not including the line
