For (9,0)

9=9 true

:
For (-3,-3)
(-3)+4(-3)=9
-3-12=9
-15=9 Not true
(-3,3) is NOT a solution.

For (-23,8)
(-23)+4(8)=9
-23+32=9
9=9 true
