You can put this solution on YOUR website!

The rational zeroes are of the form a/b
The a must be a divisor of 15 such as +-1,+-3,+-5,+-15
The b must be a divisor of 4 such as +-1,+-2,+-4
List the various combinations of a and b; there are plenty.
