Question 570299: finding the angle made by a vector with another..
In the following problem,:
a,b,c are three unit vectors such that
ax(bxc)=b/2
all of a,b,c being vectors.find the angle a makes with b and c...(b and c being non-parallel)
used the formulae for cross product but i did not get the solution to this problem.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
finding the angle made by a vector with another..
In the following problem,:
a,b,c are three unit vectors such that
ax(bxc)=b/2
all of a,b,c being vectors.find the angle a makes with b and c...(b and c being non-parallel)
used the formulae for cross product but i did not get the solution to this problem.
---------------
The cosine of the angle = the cross-product divided by the dot product.
