I think it's +108+ m
+108%2F4+=+27+ pieces of 4 m lengths
+108%2F6+=+18+ pieces of 6 m lengths
+108%2F9+=+12+ pieces of 9 m lengths
I noticed that +54+ won't work since
+54%2F4+=+13.5+
