Y-9X=0
Y=9X THUS THE SLOPE=9 & THE Y INTERCEPT=0

First, put the equation in slope-intercept form (y=mx+b).
y-9x=0
add 9x to both sides: y=9x (Since b=0, you don't need to write it down.)
in slope-intercept form, m is the slope and b is the y-intercept, so the slope is 9 and the y-intercept is 0.
