At some point you need to convert either between yards to feet: 1 yards =3 feet or square yards to square feet 1 square yard = 9 square feet.
Lets convert right later.
So the floor is 12*20=240 square feet.
240 divided by 9 gives us 26.666666
26.66*8.91 will give us our cost
which is 237.60
