Question 564189: I have a question that I am having trouble with can someone help me?
Find the LCM of z^2+10z+25 and z^2+z-20.
So what I came up with was I did the first equation and I got (z+5)^2 and I did the second equation and I got (z-4)(z+5). am I on the right track?
Thank you for your help

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
you're doing fine

the LCM is the product of the factors ___ each factor is multiplied the maximum number of times that it occurs in any one of the components

in your case ___ (z + 5)^2 * (z - 4)
