x+10-10<-2-10 or x+10-10>4-10


x < -12 or x > -6


So the solution is x < -12 or x > -6 which graphs to




Note:
There is an open circle at x=-12 which means that we're excluding that value from the solution set.


Also, there is an open circle at x=-6 which means that we're excluding that value from the solution set.
