Difference in time= 00:30 => 0.5 hours
Train A will have covered 30 m before Train B starts from station
catch up distance= 30 m
catch up speed = 70 -60 mph
catch up speed = 10 mph
Catchup time = catchup distance/catch up speed
catch up time= 30 / 10
catch up time= 3 hours

It will catch up at 12:45 AM
