Question 560485: Jane is on a trail that ends at the river. If Jane's horse averages 7 1/2 miles
per hour, how many hours will it take her to ride to the river? plz show me how to get the answer to this question.. thanks.. Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source):
Distance equals rate times time, so time equals distance divided by rate. Divide the total length of the trail (that you didn't bother to share) by the 7.5 miles per hour rate.
