I started with, f(m)=0.18*m+21*6, I am not sure where to go after that. Unless I can set the problem equal to 0 and solve for m.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You're really close. The problem just asked you to write a function...and not solve for anything.
Just simplify f%28m%29=0.18%2Am%2B21%2A6 and you're there.
