Hypotenuse ^2= leg1^2+leg2^2

leg1 = 12 cm
Leg2^2= 12 cm

Hypotenuse^2 12 ^2 + 12 ^2
Hypotenuse^2 144 + 144
Hypotenuse^2 288
take the square root
Hypotenuse= 16.97 cm
=17
Perimeter = 17+12+12= 41 cm
