Here is some additional information to help you out.
Remove the negative exponent in the numerator by rewriting x^-3 by rewriting x^-3 as 1/x^3. A negative follows the rule: a^-n=1/a^n
1/5 * 1/x^3
1/5 by 1/x^3 to get 1/5x^3
